1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging NewAgeSEO (a trade name of Result Based Agency, Greater Seattle, WA) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services. Our services are intended for business use by adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
2. Services
NewAgeSEO provides local search engine optimization services including:
- Satellite SEO network design, building, and ongoing management
- AI-powered competitive and keyword analysis via our Scout tool
- Rank tracking and monthly performance reporting
- Link building and authority signal development
The specific scope of work for each client is agreed upon prior to the start of service and may be documented in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Pricing & Payment
The standard service fee is $500 per month. There is no setup fee. Billing is monthly, due at the start of each service period. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement.
Rates may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of services after a rate change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, NewAgeSEO may suspend services upon written notice (including email). Outstanding balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Washington law, whichever is less. Resumption of services after suspension may be conditioned on payment of all outstanding amounts.
4. Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by sending written notice (including email to [email protected]) to [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.
There are no early termination fees (ETF). We do not use liquidated-damages clauses. If you cancel, you owe nothing beyond the current billing period. We believe in earning your business every month.
5. No Guarantee of Rankings
Search engine rankings are determined by Google and other third-party search engines over which NewAgeSEO has no control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, volume of traffic, or business outcome.
Our approach is to analyze keyword difficulty before building anything and to target only searches where ranking is realistically achievable. You will have the opportunity to review the keyword plan before any work begins. This transparency is part of how we manage expectations — but it does not constitute a guarantee of results.

6. Intellectual Property
Satellite websites, domain registrations, technical infrastructure, and proprietary methodologies developed and managed by NewAgeSEO remain the property of NewAgeSEO / Result Based Agency unless a written agreement explicitly transfers ownership to the client.
Business content provided by the client — including logos, brand copy, photos, and descriptions of the client's own products or services — remains the property of the client. By submitting content to us, you grant NewAgeSEO a license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
You represent that any content you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Upon cancellation, NewAgeSEO will maintain satellite sites in their existing state for 30 days following the end of the final billing period. After that period, satellite sites may be deactivated, redirected, or repurposed at NewAgeSEO's sole discretion. NewAgeSEO will not actively redirect satellite site traffic to a direct competitor of the former client during this 30-day period. External links acquired as part of link building campaigns are third-party assets not owned by either party, and their persistence following cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to analyze, except for publicly available competitor research that does not violate any third-party terms of service
- Use the Scout or analysis tools in any automated or bulk manner, defined as more than 10 analyses per day or use of programmatic access without written authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our tools or satellite network infrastructure
- Use our services in connection with illegal activity, spam, or the promotion of deceptive content
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of service without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." NEWAGESEO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewAgeSEO and Result Based Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NewAgeSEO in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party API outages, search engine algorithm changes, domain registrar failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending a written notice describing the dispute to the other party.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Spokane County, Washington, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If the parties cannot agree on an arbitration service within 14 days, AAA shall apply by default. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions of this section by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Spokane County, Washington.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes — defined as modifications that affect pricing, service scope, cancellation terms, or liability — we will notify clients with an active service agreement by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Non-material changes (typo corrections, formatting) take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of our services after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written service proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and NewAgeSEO regarding the services described herein. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a separate service proposal, these Terms control unless the proposal expressly supersedes a specific section by reference.
